I have several of these now, mainly because no one else wants a PS with
a cracked or broken case. The PS itself works fine, it's just laying in
pieces all over the place! I even need binding posts for one of them,
the plastic is cracked so badly.

I have the manuals for several of these, and the manual gives the part
number for the case, etc. If I have a list of parts numbers, can I
contact HP and order some, or will I get driven to the poorhouse when I
pay? Or should I just buy good PSes off Ebay and use the ones I have
for spare parts? Or maybe I should cut some sheet metal and fab a case
that will last for a few decades.. Any ideas? Thanks.

Does the manual say who made the molded cases? There should be a
vendors list somewhere in the HP manual.

How about a slightly larger Bud cabinet, or a plastic case from
Pactec? You might even mount two or three in a bigger cabinet to save
bench space.
