Hi all,

I'm trying to find some of the following components:
- BY114 diode Si
- 2G374 transistor Ge

Does anyone know where to locate these exact parts?

Your help is greatly appreciated!

Hello,

yours seems to be a restauration project. You are probably aware of the
fact that equivalent (rather than identical) parts would work as well
and could be found much easier.

BY114 is a Si rectifier diode rated 650V, 0.4A. Strixner and Holzinger
in Munich list them.

I have no information on 2G374, but a Google search leads to a chinese
company <http://www.go-gddq.com/caxun/34.htm> that lists them among
many other transistors. Looks like 2G374's were made in Asia. Did you
try mailing them <mailto:wzgd@21cn.com>?

Martin.
