Looking for an MAS3587 MP3 Encoder/Decoder chip

Hi everyone!
I'm looking for an MAS3587 MP3 Encoder/Decoder chip, in Australia would be
nice but overseas is ok.
Anyone know where I can get one? Or any other MP3 Encoder chips more readily
available?
