Hello!
i'm looking for the cables for a 7d01 logic analyzer module for the 7603
from tektronix.

You're looking for P6451 probes.
Good luck finding 'em at an affordable price.
Almost ALL the used ones I've found have been broke.
Fortunately, the most common failure is easy to fix.
If all the channels work, but have crosstalk, missed data at high speed
etc, replace the resistor between the ground connection and the cable
shield. It's there so when you hook the ground lead to your
5V 100A supply, it blows the resistor instead of the logic analyzer.

And the answer to your next question is, "No, it's not practical to
build your own. Just getting the plug is nearly impossible. Then
there's the special wire with equal delay on each twisted pair. The
actual probe is a fet diff amp driving an ECL line receiver. Trivial
conceptually, but a real bear to make all those channels work
independently. It's a thick film hybrid. Think how big all that stuff
would be with packaged parts."
