Light bulb for SONY digital camera

Hi, all

I have a SONY digital still camera model MVC-FD75 that requires a new light
bulb for the flash. I called SONY agents (Speedy Spares) and was advised
that SONY does not sell bulb, only whole flash assembly at $160. Does anyone
know if I can get a bulb separately? May be there are substitutes?
