Group,
I am working on a way to backanotate from the schematic some parasitic
values( with respect to the nets) without having to run extraction on
the layout. I was able to gather the parasitic values of the net from
the layout( and display them) by using ROD paths & grabbing the tech
information. But in order to back annotae them to schematic i assume
there should be connectivity knowledge in the layout & between
schematic & layout
I was able to get over the second problem( connectivity between
schematic and layout) buy definging the same net names in both
shcmetic & layout for the paths in concern, but i need to find a way
to know connectivity in the lkayout
I wondered how leHiMarknet is able to "recognise" connectivity for the
layout, and would be grateful to know a rough algorithnm of how it
works, SO i could incorporate in my skill program
Thankyou
