Hi Patrick,
you mean 3 chips with different color in a single package, isn'it ? If
not, how can you obtain 3 different colour from the same chip ?

Let see the attachement of the LED. We use three dice in one single chip to
do the 3 color LED.

Instead of posting an attachment, why not just post a link to the
image or datasheet on your own website?
