Hi,

Can anyone tell me how bright an LED lamp consisting of 12 leds,
making a 24v units, would be compared with a 24v 20W halogen capsule
lamp??
Also, can anyone refresh my memory of the candelas to lumens
conversion??

12 leds at 2 volts apiece and 20 milliamps is only 0.48 watts.
The 20 watt halogen lamp will be much brighter, probably 40 times
brighter or more since incandescent lamps are more efficient
than leds.
