Hello,

I'm trying to do a distributed simulation with Virtuoso Analog, I have
configured the master but cannot connect to the clients trough the
check setup of the distributed simulation.
This is the log file when I check the distributed simulation setup.

Checking for DP environment variables.....

When I try to do a simulation it only works on the master and not on
the clients.
The Job properties in the Job monitor says:

Job dispatch failed; Verify the Path and setup requirements on
execution host 'client09'

Rsh login works to and from the clients, the installation directory is
added to the PATH and LBS_CLUSTER_MASTER is defined.

Any help would be appreciated.

What is the OS ?

Look into the cdsDPSetupChk wrapper script normally located in
<install_dir>/tools/dfII/bin/
and search for the following line
set up=`$PINGB -c 1 $i | $GREPB "1 packets received"`
in the "Checking if the hosts are up" section,
then check the ping output from your xterm by pinging client09 for
example, to make sure the GREPB line greps the right content.
