layer changed

Hi,all
In the layout,i need changed PDIFF layer to DIFF layer,PPLUS enclose
DIFF is 0.06.
Add a layer,this layer=one layer NOT anthoer layer.
Who can tell me a skill procedural except a cadence command.
Anther question:how can i describe a point by skill which mouse
emplaced not click left-mouse.

For the first question, I think you'll need dbLayerAndNot(). If I've understood
you (it's really unclear).

I've no idea what "Who can tell me a skill procedural except a cadence command"
means.

Similarly the "Anther question: how can i describe a point by skill which mouse
emplaced not click left-mouse" is gobbledegook - I'm afraid you'll need to more
carefully translate it so that us native English speakers can understand what
