Laser Printer Fuser

Heres what I have so far, this Laser Printer is a Dataproducts LZR 960.
It is actually a Sharp RX-9500 inside. It was also sold by TI as one of its
Microlaser printers. Anyway the problem is the fuser. It will usually print
right after start up the first test page. Then when it goes to print anthor
the fuser will stay dark and then the paper will just bunch up at the fuser
causing a paper jam error. When the printer is idel, the light from the
fuser fades every 10 to 20 seconds (havn't timed it) on and off (which means
its fine right?{This is my first laser jet, I usually work on ink jets at my
school}). I've done the basics of cleaning (provided by sams site) and
solder check, has any one had any experiance with this model? Any
information would be great and thanks a head of time for anything and please
ask for any information.
