Laser Diodes in Oz?

Anyone know where I can get a >5mW diode laser module (diode, regulator &
lens) in Australia? I though Oatley used to flog them, but they only seem to
have 5mW laser pointer guts available. Jaycar have a 10mW diode, but I need
the regulator (with photodiode feedback) and lens.

Russ, you could try one of these guys:

http://www.laserex.net/
http://www.lastek.com.au/
http://www.raymax.com.au/
http://www.laserservices.com.au/

Cost will likely be more than Oatley/Jaycar.
