I have a few large large transformers. When I hook up primary to
120VAC without load on seconday, the circuit transformer will buzz and
circuit breaker on AC line will trip.
This is not usually the case with wall wort and other small
transformers.
Why does this occur??
How do I hook up a big transformer to determine voltage and current so
it does not trip AC line breaker????
