laptop floppy

i have a old laptop IBM TP365XD with bad external floppy.I need pinouts to
rear connector for connect a normal 3.5" floppy instead.
anyone can help me ?

I got a new one on Ebay - seems that many laptops with external drives
use the same drive with a proprietry connector . (Acernote Lite being
one) .

anyone can help me ?

Some laptops use an IDE floppy drive, not a standard one.
