Silly or stupid question, but if I don't ask I'll know the answer.
Can a PC be converted to any language? Can Windows ME or XP be converted to,
let's say Italian or any other language?
Your enlightment on this will be appreciated.

When you install ME or XP there is a language option, but I think you
also need the right keyboard to get the characters for that language
(upside down question marks etc)
rw

why do you need a upside down question mark?

Yes, multiple language support is available. As a first step, take a
look at the following from Microsoft

Spanish (for one: are there any others?) uses question marks at both
ends of a question- the front one is upside-down.

Spanish uses them to preceed a sentence when it is a question. The same
for exclamation marks. The sentence would begin with an upside down
exclamation point and ends with one right side up. Strange but true!
