Hello everyone,
I am facing problem in finding the lambda value for N/P Mosfet in UMC 180 nm.It was given in the manual as PCLM (Channel length modulation parameter). How to find the Lambda value ? What is the relation between Lambda and PCLM ?
Kindly help me in solving this.It's very important for me.
