Hi,

Inherited a Krups 203 B Hosehold Coffee Mill and noticed a noise when moved it.

Before using it would like to take it apart to check what is rattling around.

Checked for a repair manual but found nothing. Also checked the forum if anyone had previously posted a similar question but also nothing.

Checked for screws on the bottom but found none and seems like the bottom is held in place by plastic tabs but do not know how to release them. Do not want to apply too much force and break the tabs.

Appreciate any suggestions!

Can send photos if any interest.

Thanks

Ken

Not a manual, but maybe useful hints:

(and several other pages on this site)

Cheers!

What you might be hearing rattling around are little chips of coffee bean. With the top off you can move the base back and forth and probably see them roll around. Then empty into the trash. Do that a couple of times and the problem should clear up.
