Criminals Continuing Deadly Nightly Radiation

I was awake at 3 am in the morning. I cannot stand the deadly radiation
that is being aimed at me while I am trying to sleep in my home !
Directly at my face and eyes as well as my feet and genitals, etc. with
quiet deliberation and no feelings whatsoever !
It was initially pumped from a loud motor in #1295, my neighbor's house
or a vehicle nearby. Then, it changed to a 'Dish Network' satellite dish
on the lower roof of #1057 McKay Drive, the neighbor across the road.
The radiation was controlled by a white Ford or Chev truck with a top
(F350 type) that was nearby in the parking lot of Los Esteros apartment
complex. I saw it quickly drive away while I started inspecting. It
switched the radiation activity to #22/1035 Los Esteros and other
connections before driving off. I have seen what I believe is this same
truck earlier last night when he was driving through our complex giving
me a once over as if examining the victim or prey. The driver was a
white man with thick blond beard, about 45-50 years old, 5' 6", 150lbs,
the typical KKK type who I am noticing involved in co-ordinating these
kinds of crimes for a long long time now.
< I will be posting photographs if these newsgroups allow it. It should
be part of the historical records of these newsgroups. These criminals
and killers have been operating with no fear for well over 2 1/2 years
after my first report to police and the city! What do you think can be
done about so many many criminals and killers still operating freely
with no feelings whatsoever ???
However, when I checked I find these newsgroup servers are rejecting
posts containing even small pictures. Also, binary groups such as
alt.binaries, alt.binaries.pictures, alt.binaries.images, etc. seem to
be full of nude female pictures, etc. which when clicked on seem to go
into a loop that disrupts your internet connection software. Where can
binaries be posted ?? >
