JVC AV-28S1EK poor picture after fixing colapsed frame

Collapsed frame was due to dry joint on frame ic. Resoldering it fixed the
fault but the picture now lacks any intensity and is out of focus at the
edges. Was good picture before frame collapse. Can anyone give me an idea?
(I have no diagrams)
