I dont; have the model on hand. , it;s is 5 years old
Would that be a one of the caps 10uF 50V ones? I found couple ~ 8uF instead
of 10 woudl that be a problem?
all High Voltage caps seems to be OK
Thanks for help
Jack

No, probably not...... also you did not mention which caps you tested, what
tests were performed (hopefully ESR) and with what equipment you tested
them with.
Go to google search and enter Toshiba Vertical Problem ........ you will
find lots of posts and repair suggestions..... you might even enter in the
model number of your television.... which, by the way you did NOT include in
your original post..... for any of us to have a clue as to what your
television circuitry is like along with component locations you obviously
MUST include the model number in your post and query.
You should be able to find the repair information you need with a little
time spent on the google search engine.
Also you may want to go to the website for this newsgroup at
http://www.repairfaq.org/
With a little search time you will find a wealth of pertinent information
there.
