Dear friends,

I am writing to inform you of a political demonstration to be held in
Iran on July 9, 2003, by the Iranian people across the nation,
primarily in the capital city of Tehran. This peaceful demonstration
will be against the regime's brutal government, demanding civil and
political freedom, separation of religion and state, equality and
justice (especially for the Iranian women), and the immediate
liberation of all political prisoners. I humbly ask for your
establishment's presence on this day to report and broadcast the event
to the world. Assuredly, your media coverage in this demonstration
will help deter the Iranian government from causing any civilian
casualties by attacking what they would consider a "riot."

The Islamic government of Iran has been falsely portrayed as a
democracy, and the majority of Iranians have lost confidence in and
hope from the Reformists who are actually extensions of the
Hard-Liners, who bring tyrannical oppression to the country. I demand
all foreign countries to stop commerce and any type of contracts with
Iran. The Islamic regime of Iran holds, sponsors, and trains
terrorist organizations all over the world, and they must be stopped.

I ask you and all free people of the world in the name of humanity to
support the rise of peace-loving Iranian people on July 9 and to help
them achieve long-awaited freedom from the current fanatic and archaic
system of government. After all, a free Iran governed by the people
will be a better friend to the USA, and to the rest of the world.
