Trouble-making Communist Chinese propaganda. The kind of release Japan is planning is done all the time elsewhere:

\"The wastewater in Fukushima is being stored in more than 1,000 tanks that officials say need to be removed so the plant can be decommissioned – a process expected to take 30 to 40 years.

Japan’s foreign ministry said in July that regulators had deemed it safe to release the water, which will be gradually discharged into the Pacific ocean via a tunnel after being treated and diluted.

The plan’s operator, Tokyo Electric Power (Tepco), has said its water treatment technology – known as Alps – can remove all radioactive materials from water except tritium, which it says is harmless in small amounts.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has also pointed out that nuclear plants around the world use a similar process to dispose of wastewater containing low-level concentrations of tritium and other radionuclides.\"

Since the Americans dropped two atomic bombs on the place in 1945, this would be adding insult to the original injury.

Chernobyl spread a lot more radioactive waste around - nuclear reactors contain a lot radioactive material than atomic bombs - so you\'d want to ban the Russians first.

As a Chinese government propaganda spreader, a a seems to be stuck with a grossly stupid propaganda line. He could just be grossly stupid, but that doesn\'t really explain his bizarre choice of subjects to post about.

Japan should just pay Ukraine to dump the water there. It\'s probably not any worst then the existing ground water.

China is probably dumping radioactive water in their rivers, then ocean, without telling anybody. Just like no covid there.
