Mostly obsolete. It is history, of a rather depressing sort. I doubt if a a realises that his stupidity make him part of the process that got the organisation torn up and spread across a sort of couch grass of parasitic organisations trying to get rich off the internet (and damaging it in the process).

So what? A Ph.D. is largely a reward for persistence, and anybody who has got one knows a few people who did too, and shouldn\'t have.
