First, you cheat by stating that everyone who worships God in their
own way is inherently Muslim and, thereby, add to your numbers the
disenfranchised who either don't embrace Islam or actively rail
against it and worship on their own terms.

Second, Islam was responsible for the original rape of Jerusalem and
the wresting of it from its founders, who were given it by God.

Finally, Islam admits that Jews and Christians are descendants of
Abraham, and are "People of the book", but are somehow inferior to
Muslims because of the teachings of a drunkard whose musings state
that non-Muslims who refuse to convert must be dealt with when Muslims
take control.

Death, of course, is one option, but should that not be acceptable to
the non-Muslim, then indenture is all that's left.

What a surprise.

Millions of downtrodden sheep out there who are afraid to speak their
minds even though their lives are shit, and you want to keep it that
way?
