Is this a hex inverter?

I have a (1996) PCB with a 50MHz oscillator connected to a 14-pin SMT
device, marked as:

7C1T
AC14

It's a Hitachi part.

Is this a hex inverter?

If so, what's a commonly available modern day equivalent?

Thanks

If it is an RC oscillator, I would guess it is like a 74AC14/74ACT14
