This is probably not the best forum to ask such things since Calibre is
a tool from Mentor Graphics not Cadence Design Systems, but surely you
have the documentation if you have the software?

My guess (given similar commands in other physical verification
languages such as Dracula) are that PRECISION is the fraction of a
micron that is used in the internal database and RESOLUTION is some kind
of grid resolution used to determine off grid shapes (for example). The
OFFGRID and ACUTE are probably fairly obvious - can't guess the others.
