Is there Electromagnetic Camera?

I know there are many cameras which can capture IR~UV spectrum.

Then what about magnetic or electromagnectic spectrum?
Is there such camera device for electromagnectic field?

the pinhole shoulde be atleast one wavelength across.
how big does that make the camera?

Yes. It's called a "radio telescope." You can build your own if you
have a really big back yard.
