Not really, as there is no actual 3-D information in
2-D video. There have been some systems that claimed
to do this, but all they really do is synthesize left- and
right-eye information based on some assumptions about
the content of the video (e.g.., faster-moving things are
closer to the viewer than slower-moving things, etc.).
In short, you can sometimes simulate 3-D with a fair
degree of success, but you can't ever simply make up
real information out of nothing. It HAS to be a guess, and
therefore you'll always see errors.
