Grettings.
The E.A. web site used to be available via S.C.,
but I cannot find it anywhere.

Does it still exist?
Or has it it been lost in cyberspace?

Thanks,
Russell Griffiths.

The domain name is still registered to "Electronics Australia" and the
admin contact is the redcentre.com hosting company. It is listed at
"Pending Delete"
It presumably got lost/forgotton/abandoned in the new SC web upgrade?
It is still in the Google cache, but the domain name goes nowhere by
the looks of it.

Dave :)

I do seem to remember someone with a broadband connection on this NG was
going to download all the files/software that may have come in handy in the
future. Was this done? - can anyone remember who it was?

Regards
Giles

I downloaded some of them - about 42 to be vaguely exact ;-)

That just goes to show what a powerful presence EA was in the
electronics world. Who would have thought people would be
picking over the corpse of the EA website to grab the last of
the good stuff...

How true. I still remember at times having to decide whether my sixpence
would be better spent on Radio and Hobbies, or on another tube of Tarzan's
Grip.
