IPOD Files

I had to return my company computer recently and all my music files
for my IPOD were on it. Is there a way to restore these files from my
IPOD to my new computer or am I just out of luck? I understand the
IPOD only has a one way sync. I am not a tech wizard so any advice
will be appreciated.

I've heard a rumor of a shareware application that can do that, but I have
no first-hand knowledge of it.

If you still have the music CDs, you can import them into iTunes on your new
computer. itunes is a free download.

So many people see the word "electronics"
and think "consumer electronics products".
