Hi ,
this is the first time i send a message on this news group, buy the way i'd
like to know :
if it's possible to remote controlling XP, buy sending intentional EMI using
computer comunication protocol.

I've been damaged 2 hard disk from radio amateur on the zone, but i don't
know how to localize it 8(
and not mentioning the annoing problem about evedropping from crt
emi....i've read something on internet about emi+crt and "intentional emi"
and i found that very useful, but i'd like to know the opinion of the people
that count on this matter, because this is a very privacy problem for me and
I don't see anybody doing something about designing new component less emi,
or jammer to protect from sendin emi. I don't even ear talking about privacy
right on computer (very sad)

it would be very useful to me if some one could explain something on this
subjects.

No. It is not possible.

because this is a very privacy problem for me
If you are worried about privacy, get rid of Windows and start
running Linux or BSD. Windows is not secure.

Here is some documentation in your native language (Italian):

Perhaps your problem is an infestation of viruses (virii for Latin
teachers) and spyware? I doubt it has any relation to amateur radio,
as your post seemed to claim.

I suspect he's thinking of something like Tempest, where there's
someone in a white van parked in front of your house picking up the
signals from your CRT and reconstructing the display from them. To do
this at all surely requires sensitive expensive equipment (and someone
who is interested enough in what one is doing to spend the money), and
I doubt you, me, or the OP are "that important."

And why not, here's Google's first link for tin-hat, er, tempest:

I'm not sure if you'll get the joke since it's more of a US thing.

Only the black helicopters can control your PC using EMI. You need to keep a
watch for them ( and wear a tinfoil hat ).
