Integration of trace math -- LTSpice locks up

Hi:

I have 2.06e.

I have a circuit that after I simulate, I add a new trace to the
waveform display, that is the product of a current and a voltage, ie,
instantaneous power.

When I CTRL-click to integrate this, LTSpice locks up.

Hmm, now I just made a simpler test circuit, and this one can
successfuly integrate the product trace.

Ok, the problem happens when using a subcircuit NMOS model. I am trying
to multiply drain current and drain voltage.

Good day!

Years ago there was a problem that made it go into an endless
loop if the dt between time points was too small. Send the file
you're using and description of how to duplicate the problem
to the address on the Help=>About box. If I can verify it, I'll
see it gets fixed.
