Installation on IC5141base and update

i have one doubt now.

i have BASE release of IC5141 and (dec) USR3 IC5141 and ISR 5141.(feb)

which one i have to install first?

otherwise i can directly install ISR3 feb 2006 release?

tell me the procedure.

Procedure:
1. delete base ic5141 and is5141usr3
2. install feb ic5141 isr

That is, the feb isr is self contained. No need to overlay.
