We have a bunch of aluminum module end-panels that I want to add
lettering to.

Does anybody know of a good service company that could maybe inkjet
some text and maybe graphics on some small (about 5\" x 1.5\") flat
aluminum plates?

Screen printing might be easier, inkjet needs fast drying ink.
Cheers

but needs more work upfront, some PCB manufactures use uv cured inkjet for \"silkscreen\"

make them out of PCBs, possibly aluminium PCB, several resist and silkscreen colors to chose from, you could even do gold ;)

or have these guys make and print the panels, https://www.frontpanelexpress.com/

It\'s been many years since I\'ve used them but the panels were very nice and tool very easy and with the nice feature
the told exactly how much each thing you added to the panel cost
