Information needed on semiconductor

I trying to identify a semiconductor. It looks like a transistor of some
sort.
I'm trying to repair a motor controller out of a golf cart. I think it's an
SCR.
Here's the numbers on the package. Thanks for your help. Tim

Do a Google search for T721AF and you'll get one hit, which happens to be
some outfit that specializes in locating electronic components,
particularly, they claim, hard-to-find and obsolete stuff. I didn't explore
any further, but maybe that's enough of a starting point for you to locate
