I purchased a small quantity of Mitsubishi MH32S64TR3N-8 '256k CACHE
PIPELINE BURST' modules and they have 3 ICs on them: A couple
M5M5V1132GP and one M5M5278DJ.

Does anyone have any info on either the module or the chips on it?

Thanks,
Tony

I'd guess that they are "coast" modules - some socket 5/7 motherboards
used to use them. The M5M5V1132GP chips store the cache data, the
M5M5278DJ is the tag ram. Coast modules have 160 gold fingers (80 per
side) and a slot cut at the center.
