Info on some TI PROMs...

Hi all!

I'm looking for a datasheet, or some info on:

TBP38R165
TBP38S165

There were 50 or so peices of each of these in a batch of stuff I got
- my DIO programmer has verified they are blank, so one result there at
least, I just wanted to know if they are of some use in something!

I've trued the usual routes, but just get the usual bulk seller sites,
but no useful data.
