Any info on MJE130? I googled and couldn't come up with any data
sheet. It's made by SGS, I'm guessing around the mid to late '80s.
All the xrefs, NTE, etc. skip over this number. Thanks.

Motorola made a lot of MJE series transistors, but I struck out
there, as well. Can you give a description? the number sounds familiar,
like one I had a hard time replacing at one time. There are some MJE
130XX part numbers for high voltage NPN transistors in TO220 packages.

Ah-HAH! I think you've helped me solve the mystery. I was looking at
the numbers on the TO-220 case and they looked something like this:

SGS 28522
MJE130
D7 A

Which looked to me like it was a MJE130. But I looked at the D7
closer, and the D looks like it could be a zero. The (rubber?) stamp
may have distorted the O to look more like a D.

Using instead the part # MJE13007, I got a xref of NTE2312 which makes
sense, because it came out of an AT SMPS, and two were used to drive
the high voltage side of the transformer.

Thanks. That one almost slipped by.
