ID'ing an IC from a HP calculator

From a HP calculator (HP48 IIRC), there's a IC labeled:

[logo that looks like Epson?] JAPAN
SED1181F(in big letters) l4 (thats lowercase L then 4, but the 4 looks rather
like an A. And that's in small letters.)
Y490 547

It's some sort of LCD driver, AFAIK. I looked on www.datasheetlocator.com for
datasheets of this IC. No help, because I don't know if the exact part number is
SED1181F, SED1181, SED1181FL4 or SED1181FLA.

If anybody here has a datasheet for this IC, please reply.
