identifying terminals of MOSFET for PWM project

The package the MOSFET came in has on it a half-effaced
picture of the transistor which seems to identify the
terminals G D and S from left to right.

Is that correct? Please refer to the picture of
it at http://charlesumlauf.com/PWMproject.htm

Is it wired correctly? The schematic for it is
above the picture).
