Identify parts (Motorola/NEC/HV)

I have a 1987 Franklin Computer SA-103 "Spell Master" that I would like to
hack for other applications. Can anyone identify the following parts and
suggest where to find data?

PFR7023A / HV-212 94V0 (LCD display)

Motorola SCQ38099PG01 / IL8810

NEC 23C1000G806 / SA 103 8805 (SA 103 is the system's model number, I guess
this is a ROM?)

NEC D7008-4 / 8811LP712

8816L / UM6116M-3 (identified as a UMC 2kB SRAM, but where can I get data?)
