Identify Motorola IC chip

I can't find any references to the Motorola
MC889AP IC chip. It was used in an astable
multivbrator circuit. Appears it might be a
quad 2-input NAND aray. Any pinout information?

Thanks, that's enough for me to go on. I can figure out the pinout
from here. The telco board is possibly 30 years old.
