A standard 40-pin IDE cable is used with a CF adapter.

This kind of cable is basically just a connector on a PC board. If you
want to buy one, try www.Adtron.com.

Oh, yeah. You buy the Adtron board or whatever, which is actually for a
PC card adapter. Then you insert a PCMCIA to CF adapter into it, and
that costs about another $10 or $15.
