ID this part? ZNR 10K241U

Got this little terminal block sitting here, designed for push-on
connectors. And soldered to a pair of those tabs is this part, sort of
the shape of a ceramic capacitor only it's black, and shiny. Numbers on
it read ZNR 10K241U, or something pretty close to that.

I *think* this might be a MOV. Can anybody point me to some info on the
thing? A search on google wasn't profitable, I did find places that
wanted to sell me some of these, but no actual data on what it _is_, or
what the specs might be...

Sounds oddly like a 10.24 MHz ceramic resonator.
 
The first number is the diameter in MM, 10MM, the second number is 24 plus
one zero in volts clamping voltage 240 volts. You would have to find the
full spec sheet for the specifics.

The ratings are often written on those MOV's. For this one I would guess
it says 10K Joules and 240 volts (241= 24 with 1 zero or 240, U=volts)
but it may be 24 volts not sure.

.... I worked hard to attach the electrodes to it.
