IC SAB3210 IR Transmitter

Can anyone help with a data sheet on this device.I have hunted the web
for it. I believe it was manufactured by Siemens, and was used in the
Rollei P3801r remote control

Its listed as a current product in a 1979 Siemens product listing as IR
transmitter
