IC needed

Hi, all

I am after uPD16808 IC. It is a motor driver that came out of imported
Panasonic car CD model HG3266AGO.
Panasonic does not have this part and no references to this model either.

Any ideas where I can get it? I tried to search Google -- no luck either. I
have datasheet but noone seem to sell it.

Not even a 'sample'?? There was an NEC distributor out in West Melbourne a
few years back, I can't recall the name (which they changed anyway....)
maybe someone knows them.

I don't know if it's the same thing, but Prime list a YEAMD16808G for
$12.98. They don't have it stock, though.

I am also having difficulty finding an NEC IC
uPC1701C

Coyboy67, you suggest asking for a sample.
Where on the website can I click for a sample?
Which e-mail address did you use for samples?

I got a couple of automatic responses telling me
to see local agents. Local agents could not help.

loads.

I'm not sure if you're familiar with USBID; I'm not so I'm not sure how it'd
work, but they indicate that these bits are available in quantity from
various sources in China, or small quantities in UK and USA.
