Motorola had one in their 14xxx CMOS product line. That would probably
be On Semiconductor, now, if they haven't cleaned out the slow movers.

That's only good for double-throw switches. For one-throw ones, that is the
majority of all tactile switches etc., there is a classic MC14490 contact
bounce eliminator chip. Works like a charm. Its a hardware realization of
the debouncing algorythm widely used by all the MCU programmers. Its still
in full production by On Semiconductor.

Maxim also makes a part that has a bunch of switch debounce circuits in one
IC.
