Hi,
I want to know which has larger IC area, flip-flop and SRAM. Why? and
how many transistors are there for flip-flop or SRAM?

Hi Weng,

It depends on what hardware library you use. In most cases, a flip-flip
implementation will use much more space than a SRAM macro cell. A
flip-flop typically contains some 20 transistors, while an SRAM-cell can
be implemented using just 6 transistors.

Sam
