This is also model number 6544-403.

I get no display but there appears to be high voltage present.

Any help with a schematic diagram or service manual would be appreciated.

Just repaired one of these with the same symptom. Check the heater
voltage on the neck board (very well marked). This one had an open
zero ohm resistor near the flyback.
