I need to remove my tv's lockout code...

My stepson(I think) entered a code in my TV's vchip, locking out several programs. I need to clear this code to watch these programs, and to restrict his access to video games when he's grounded.

Anyone know how to do this? I'm guessing I have to open it up and find a jumper somewhere?

the tv is a Panasonic CT27SX12F

If you know of any way to clear the code, or know of any place you can direct me to that will teach me more, please let me know.

I've taken apart a few computer monitors before, but never an actual TV.

If your owners manual does not have the way to bypass and reset the code,
you will have to call Panasonic's customer support number for help. Did you
check Panasonic's web site yet?

There is nothing inside the tv set that will allow you to clear the code.

I seem to remember that there is a combination of key presses with either
the remote and/or panel buttons that will allow the customer to over-ride
and reset the parental lock. However, as stated, it may be best to contact
either Panasonic Customer Support or a qualified servicer.

From Panasonic web site:

The parental lock has been set on my TV and I don't know the code. Is there
a way to override this?
Reset the TV by pressing "Action" and "Power" together for at least 5
seconds or until the unit turns off.
